Succesfully completed a 5-year BSc course at the Dutch Shiatsu Academy (DSA) and a 1-year course at the Shiatsu Association in Amsterdam. Shiatsu folows a holistic approach and combines psychological and physical symptoms. The aim is to become aware of our body and mind. During the therapy, the body is slowly put in motion. A Shiatsu therapist gives besides the treatment also food and lifestyle advises.
